Bank PO Exams 2011

Vijaya Bank is one of the most reputed, leading and nationalized banks in India that conducts the Probationary Officer exam for the people who are interested to flourish their career in the banking industry. The interested candidates however have to follow a certain code of conduct given by the bank to be fulfilled by the aspirants so as to be entitled for the selection procedure of the designation of Vijaya Bank’s Probationary Officer. Only the eligible candidates can go through the bank’s PO examination which is held almost every year. On clearance of the exam, the candidates have to go through the Probation Period (training) for 1 year. Candidates have to apply online for registration into this bank. The guidelines for eligibility are given as under:

Eligibility criteria

1. The person applying for the post of Bank Probationary Officer Candidates must be a native of India otherwise the application would not be taken into consideration
2. The Candidate must be more than 21 years of age for the aforesaid post
3. The candidate must not be more than 30 years of age to be a part of the above mentioned course
4. The candidate must be proficient in handling computer operations
5. The candidate must be a graduate in any discipline with an aggregate of at least 55% from a government recognized university to be eligible for the above mentioned post.

The applicants who successfully are through these guidelines can apply for the Vijaya Bank’s Probationary Officer exam by filling in application forms and sending them along with the exam fee. The final selection will be made only through the successful attempt in the written examination formatted by the bank.
