Federal Bank PO Exam



Federal Bank is one of the most common banks that conducts the Probationary officer exam for recruiting candidates for the post of PO. Bank invites all the eligible candidates for the post of Probationary Officer for which candidates have to appear in entrance exam conducted by the bank. . Candidates are advised to apply online for this post of PO.
The Online registration will not be considered valid until  the computer printout of  application form along with the DD, photograph affixed and signed across and self-attested copies of the requisite certificates is received by ordinary post at the specified address.

IMPORTANT DATES:

•Commencement of online registration: Last week of January.
•Last date of online registration: Mid of February.
•Date of Entrance examination: Mid of March.

NOTE:

Candidates may download the call letters from the website in the month of March  by entering their registration number and password.

PAY SCALE:

Candidates offered Probationary Officer (Scale I) cadre posts will be in the pay scale of Rs.10000 - 470/6 – 12820 – 500/3 – 14320 – 560/7 - 18240.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

•Candidate must not be more than 26 years of age.
•Candidates must have completed graduation from the recognized University to be eligible for this course.
From any recognized university or other institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

•Candidates have to appear in written test conducted by the bank.
•Short listed candidates have to appear in Personal Interview conducted by the University.

•General and Financial Awareness
•English Language
•Quantitative Aptitude
•Reasoning
•Computer Knowledge and Aptitude
•Marketing Aptitude
